This post is meant to act as an example. I have included links to sites such as Lamar University and the Lamar University Writing Center. Blogging asks students to consider variables in composition such as visual design and other reader based concerns such as where links should be placed in the document. In asking students to blog, I typically give a list of elements I require on the home page as well as criteria for grading each post, such as a minimum number of links and images as well as a word count.
